Most of our in-stock stencils will ship out within 24 hours and may take up to five days in transit for delivery.

There are faster shipping options should you need your stencil sooner. Custom order stencils usually take an average of 5-7 business days* in-house for design before being shipped. Aluminum stencils can take up to 4 weeks to deliver.

*Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include federal holidays within the United States.

All orders ship via UPS and take between 1-5 business days depending on your location within the lower U.S.

After an order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. For all orders placed over the website, simply log in to your account, locate your orders from your account profile and you will find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information

In order to keep shipping costs down and insure the safety of your products, stencils will be shipped rolled and packed into boxes. Upon receiving your shipment, you can unroll your stencil(s) and lay them flat to use.

Next Day Air shipping is a premium option for your order. Rates are generated by UPS exclusively and we have no control over their rates. Next Day Air shipments that are made prior to 12:00 (noon) est will ship same day* and should arrive on the next business day.

We have negotiated with UPS until we were blue in the face!   Although we're no Amazon, we are trying to provide the best shipping possible. Thus the $64.99 flat rate 2nd day shipping, this is a program that we implemented in 2018 and has seen great success. No mater what you order, $100 or $5000 worth of stencils, we will ship them 2nd day for the same price. Please place expedited shipping orders before 10am CST to help ensure that they get picked up same day. If ordered after this time, 2nd day shipping times will start from the next day when they are picked up.

In-stock items ship right away, out of stock items may take an additional few days. Please call us for more information. 

At this time, we manufacture all of the items that we sell. Some times that can mean that we are out of stock but can easily build the items to order. Typical lead times for out of stock items is only 1 business day, however we do all that we can to ship our orders same day (even if is says out of stock). 

note: expedited orders take priority, so if you really need it fast choose the 2nd day or Next Day Air options.

We stock products in fulfillment warehouses all over the USA, Your order may ship from one of these locations or from our manufacturing plant in Chicago, Illinois.

At this time we only offer NET30 terms to our distribution partners. 

We do accept purchase orders from our distribution partners that have already established account terms with our company. 

We can also accept a PO and invoice the order for you prior to shipment, once payment is received we will ship the order.
