The most popular item we sell is this 4" x 18' Line stencil. It is designed to be used by anyone from a Professional Pavement Marking Contractor to a Small Business Owner that only has 3 parking spaces. This stencil is the exact size of standard parking lot lines and work great with any type of paint. Spray, roll, or brush your own parking lot Today! As a professional, use this stencil to stripe between those pesky cars that were left in the parking lot, reducing or eliminating the need for a 2nd trip. The 4" x 18' Line stencil is CNC cut for a perfect shape every time, due to the length the stencil is riveted together in the center. Customer Questions and Answers
Q: If I use an Airless sprayer (for house painting) will the 1/16" material blow around from the pressure?
A: Typically we suggest using a 1/8" Stencil when spraying with high-pressure machines line Airless pumps. However, there are plenty of people who just hold the stencil in place while they paint. This is primarily a user preference item, but if you're in doubt, use the 1/8" LDPE and I can guarantee you will be happy with the product. - Jonathon

.080 ALU - Will last forever, you can reuse it and abuse it. It will be ready to work today and in 10 years. The ridged 5052 Aluminum we use is also perfect for thermoplastic extruding, saving hundreds of Dollars per Legend.
1/8" LDPE - PRO-Grade, Our Most common material, typically can be used thousands of times, with proper care they can last for 7 + years. Lays Flat, and heavy enough to stay put while spraying up to 3000psi.
1/16" LDPE - What we call Light-Duty, This material is just as durable as its 1/8" counterpart, however it is half the thickness and can be flimsy. We recommend this for stencils that aren't used every day.
.030" HIPS - HIPS has been used for stencils for many years, also known as PVC, This material is great for a custom stencil or something that is only used a few times. HIPS lays flat right out of the box and is our more cost effective option, while still being 4 times thicker than our competitors thinnest stencils.
