4" Number Kit Stencil SKU: 0380-S04 Material: 1/8" (.125") PRO-Grade LDPE
These 4" number stencils are a very common size stencil for all pavement marking companies. They are typically used on curbs and sidewalks, however these stencils are not just for pavement marking. These 4' number stencils are perfect for industrial number projects, like pallet bays, skid numbering, rack locations, and just about anything else you can do with a number stencil. All of the materials that we offer our stencils in a much stronger and longer lasting than typical paper or oil-board stencils. These stencils are CNC cut for high precision and feature 2" of over-spray plastic top and bottom.

Q. Can I use these stencils for painting curbs?
A. I am sure that you can, but it is much easier to use or 4" curb number stencils. The Curb set is designed with only 1" of plastic at the bottom, this way when you are painting a 4" number on a 6" curb it is centered. -Jonathon
Q: How many numbers are included in the kit?
A. in the 12 piece kit there are 10 numbers (0-9), and in the 18 piece kit there are 16 numbers (0,0,1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,7,8,9). The reason that we have an 18 piece kit is to make it easy to paint 2 digits up to 59. If you need to paint 2 digits up to 99 or more, it makes the most sense to buy 2 of the 12 piece kits. -Jonathon

.080 ALU - Will last forever, you can reuse it and abuse it. It will be ready to work today and in 10 years. The ridged 5052 Aluminum we use is also perfect for thermoplastic extruding, saving hundreds of Dollars per Legend.
1/8" LDPE - PRO-Grade, Our Most common material, typically can be used thousands of times, with proper care they can last for 7 + years. Lays Flat, and heavy enough to stay put while spraying up to 3000psi.
1/16" LDPE - What we call Light-Duty, This material is just as durable as its 1/8" counterpart, however it is half the thickness and can be flimsy. We recommend this for stencils that aren't used every day.
.030" HIPS - HIPS has been used for stencils for many years, also known as PVC, This material is great for a custom stencil or something that is only used a few times. HIPS lays flat right out of the box and is our more cost effective option, while still being 4 times thicker than our competitors thinnest stencils.
